被用作製造鵝肝嘅鵝鴨，一生就活喺狹窄嘅鐵籠入面，每日被金屬管插入喉嚨大量灌食，長期受傷、患病、精神緊張，就只係為咗人類餐桌上嗰塊比正常鵝肝腫脹十倍、脂肪含量極高嘅所謂「美食」
呢個世界上重有好多美味嘅食物唔需要用如此殘酷兼折墮嘅方式生產，希望大家日後點餐時可以諗一諗，為咗呢啲動物嘅生活同自己健康著想，唔好再食鵝肝 :)

Today is the World Day Against Foie Gras. Ducks and Geese suffer from the production of foie gras as they are kept in tiny cages or sheds and being force-fed several times every day.
The force-feeding procedure causes injury and mental pain to these poor little animals.
Foie gras is not only cruel, it's also unhealthy because of its high fat content.(There are 12g of fat per 1 ounce!)
Try to avoid eating foie gras from now on! :)
